I don’t have a lot of savings / a steady income / good credit. Is this still for me?
Yes! This course shows how you can identify, request, and setup partnerships with others to fill gaps that you don’t have.
Will CoLiving work in my market?
This course will show you how to identify the perfect market for CoLiving investing, often it is your market, other times it’s close by.
Why CoLiving and not Airbrb?
Short Term Rental incomes are from “disposable income” often only thriving in good economic times. Regardless of the economic landscape, affordable housing will always be needed
How would all of the tenants get along with each other?
We have a detailed and stringent process to vet tenants and go over all the house rules to prevent issues. When done properly, to most people’s surprise, it is a non-issue.
What is the difference between House Hacking, Room Rentals, and CoLiving?
When you live in the home rent free, its House Hacking. When you don’t live in the home and are only an investor it can be called Room Rentals. We prefer the HUD term for this, CoLiving.
How does parking work with so many cars?
You must buy a house that either already accommodates parking for all tenants or has space to add extra parking. It’s easier than you might think. All the details on how to do this is in our course.
Is 1 kitchen enough?
Shockingly, Yes! With working professionals on different schedules there ends up being a natural use rhythm. Plus some people don't cook.
Why would anyone want to have so many roommates?
When someone moves from out of town or out of mom and dad’s house, they often are seeking community and friendship. Our model solves 2 social issues while turning a handsome profit for the investor.
Are there schedules for kitchen, bathroom, and laundry use?
We do not set them; a natural rhythm works it self out without issue. Once again, to a lot of people’s surprise it is a non-issue.
